Terry Rowles is world class golf performance coach and PGA of Great Britain member who’s students have won over 20 national championships whilst under his tutelage.
During His career terry has learned from some of the best coaches including a spell of six years working with David Leadbetter. Terry has collated that learning and applied it into a system of coaching that is simple to understand, and results in breakthrough improvements that last.
A student taking a series of lessons from Terry can expect an integrated approach to the game including a golf specific flexibility assessment and stretching program, a 3D Bio-Mechanical and video analysis of their swing and easy to understand mental and learning strategies to accelerate the lesson process and to assist the student in taking their game to the next level.
The first session that you spend with Terry will be an assessment of the current state of your game from a physical, mental, and technical standpoint. following the assessment Terry can work with you on your choice of the following topics.
Technical Swing improvement
Mental Game breakthrough
Flexibility and stretching program
Nutrition & lifestyle factors that affect your vitality
After each Session you will receive a video summary, and a number of drills to work on to ensure your progress between sessions.
Terry offers a 6 x 1 hour lesson package which should ideally be taken within a two month timeframe in order to build and maintain the momentum that is generated during the sessions.

Welcome To My Blog!

Hi my Name is Terry Rowles, I am a PGA member, Exercise Coach, Holisitc Lifestyle Coach, NLP new code Coach, Certified Hypnotherapist and much more.....I will be posting on many subjects, all of which will be designed to help guide you in your journey to play the golf of your dreams.

My blog is named "Whole-In-One-Golf" because I will be posting on subjects that affect the golfer as a whole including: Technique and Biomechanics, Nutrition and Lifestyle Factors, and how these affect your game, Physical Conditioning using the flexibility, stability, strength and power chain and i will also be giving you keys to improve your thinking and being on the course.
